Minnie*

My story

Minnie is a sweet, calm senior girl with a heart full of love and loyalty. She’s the definition of a companion dog—devoted, gentle, and happiest when she’s simply by your side. Minnie has attached herself to her foster dad and loves to follow him around the house, always nearby but never in the way.She’s quiet and well-mannered, only barking when someone approaches the house or backyard—never just at people passing by. Minnie walks beautifully on a leash (unless there`s an especially tempting bush to sniff!) and has great recall. She knows several commands like shake, no, and off, and is working on sit and down. She’s incredibly smart and has already figured out a few clever ways around the house!Minnie isn’t interested in toys or playtime—she’s all about her people. She gets along just fine with other dogs and is respectful around cats, but she doesn’t seek them out. Her focus is always on her humans, making her a perfect match for someone looking for a calm, loyal companion to share their days.If you`re looking for a loving shadow to curl up beside you on the couch or quietly follow you through life, Minnie is your girl.Minnie is currently in foster care outside of the shelter.
