My story

Hi! My name is Dove and I am from Arkansas. From her foster: Dove is an incredibly sweet puppy who loves being with people. She's timid when meeting new people, but, warms up quickly. She follows foster mom around the house, and likes to play or nap near foster mom. Dove adores playing with the resident dogs in the home, and plays chase outdoors with the resident dogs. She likes to retrieve toys that are tossed for her, but, hasn't quite mastered always bringing the toy back to foster mom to toss again for her. Dove has been great at keeping her crate clean & dry at night, and will sleep for 8 hours overnight. She's quiet in her crate if she can see foster mom. We're working on moving her crate farther, and farther away with her remaining quiet. Dove happily goes outside to potty, but, isn't 100% reliable at only going potty outdoors. She's doing well at learning that potty outside equals a treat. Dove vocalizes when left kenneled alone. Foster mom is working on crating her for periods of time alone so that she knows someone will always come back. She hasn't met any cats or young children while in her foster home.
