My story

FEMALE MALTESE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION Introducing Gucci, born in March 2021 and purchased from a breeder as a Maltese puppy. Gucci has had a busy time since arriving at her Kiko foster home in February, including a much needed grooming and getting spayed. Initially very shy, Gucci’s fosters have been working to improve her socialization skills. Being food motivated has helped with training. They describe Gucci as being very cuddly with the people she trusts, loves to play and go on walks, and gets along with other dogs. She can be vocal when hearing noises from outside and when seeing strangers, but has been learning to be quiet when asked. Although just 10 pounds, Gucci still pulls a bit on leash as she explores the fresh smells of spring. Gucci’s ideal home will be a quiet adult environment without young children. She gets along well with her foster’s dog, and has never been exposed to cats. We were told Gucci was housetrained; she initially had accidents in the house, but has been clean for the past few weeks. If you’re looking for a little friend to accompany you on your daily walks and snuggle with you when you’re relaxing, Gucci would love to hear from you.
