My story

Mookie, a 2-year-old Cur mix, is a loyal companion whose love knows no bounds. Whether lounging by the fireside (or perhaps just curled up beside you on the couch) or strolling along a sun-dappled path, Mookie’s greatest joy is being near the ones he loves. Yet, with cats, Mookie finds himself at an impasse — their enigmatic ways are not for him, and he would do best in a home where he need not share his domain with feline friends. Mookie is also on a path of healing. Having recently undergone heartworm treatment, he is regaining his strength and will need continued care and vigilance to ensure his full recovery. But fear not — his heart remains as eager and loving as ever, ready to embark on this next chapter with unwavering loyalty.
