Do you love small ears and cannot lie? Boy do we have the dog for you! Penelope may win the award for shelter`s smallest ears and has a big personality to match! This girl loves being with her people and has even done well sharing her space with a cat and older children- though would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She enjoys playing with toys and then taking long naps. If you are ready for an absolutely adorable dog to add to your home, come meet Penelope! Her adoption fee is reduced to $50 to make it even easier to bring this lovely girl home.
