CAVALIER

My story

Cavalier is a roughly 3 year old, neutered, bulldog mix. He`s an adventurous and spirited boy who loves to be around people. He`s a big fan of toys-- all shapes and forms! Tennis balls, stuffies, squeaky toys, he`s not picky! When play time is over, he`s content to hang out and soak up all the love. He likes to rest his big ol` head in your lap and wrap his front legs around your waist in a hug. As a very outgoing and socially confident dog, he`s very eager to explore everything and meet everyone. He`s working very hard on having good manners and keeping all four of his paws on the floor when he greets people. He does well in a harness; it helps him remember that life isn`t a race. If you`re looking for a hiking buddy, a professioal ball chaser, or perhaps a four-legged friend to keep up with your (older) kids, Cavelier may very well be your guy! Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
