My story

A volunteer writes:Ricky is a super sweet cat who was adopted from us as a kitten about five years ago. He is back now with a bladder stone our veterinary team just removed. Ricky will still be on a special diet for the rest of his life to prevent any further problem of the same kind. Ricky is a friendly and lovely kitty who came to us with wonderful comments from his former owner. From day one at the shelter, despite being in pain, Ricky always was gentle and welcoming, leaning into pets, rolling on his side, inviting belly rubs and purring. Talk about a good cat! Now that he feels 100% better, he shows us his playful skills, juggling balls, catnip toys and feather wands without even falling from his balcony.He so deserves to have once again a good and happy life to give his family all the love he has in store. Ricky is at the Manhattan Care , dreaming to be once again a beloved pet!Ricky interacts with the assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
