My story

Cashew is a 7 year old pittie mix, formally a senior but she still has plenty of life left in her. This girl LOVES food and she is very inquisitive. She won’t be far from you as she’s so interested in seeing what you’re up to. This may manifest itself in jumping up on the counters, but her foster family is working hard to make sure she knows she can’t do that. It could be she associates counters with food. And, ya know, this sweet lady LOVES her food. Yes, all CAPS kind of love. Cashew is good with kids and every dog she’s met. She does really well in the car and loves hanging her head out the window. She has a strong prey drive and would enjoy running through a flock of geese. Mellow about 85% of the time and 100% cuddle bug, don’t you want to meet this laid back lady?

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cashew, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
