My story

I'm Flake! I may be a little shy at first, but once I get to know you, you’ll see that I have a big heart and I'll be your best friend. I'm gentle and a little bit reserved, but don't let that fool you, I have a playful side too. I'm curious about everything around me and I love to explore. But at the end of the day, I'm a mellow kitty who loves to be pet. I was born and living outside of an apartment complex. A nice lady who lives there was feeding my siblings and me and our mom and she contacted Stray Cat Blues for help. A nice lady from the rescue trapped us and got us into a loving foster home right before a big winter storm. Even though we were older kittens when trapped and were first very fearful and distrusting of humans, we learned from our foster parents that humans are actually good and give us yummy food and love. I'm looking for a forever home where I can share my sweetness and affection. If you're looking for a friend who's always there to brighten your day, then I'm the kitten for you! I would especially like to be adopted with my sister Flurry, so that we can help each other be brave and acclimate to our new home and new humans, so my foster mom will give preference to anyone who adopts me with her.
