My story

I'm Flurry! I'm a kitten with a heart full of love and a spirit of curiosity. I'm a little shy with new people at first, but then I’m quite the social butterfly, once I know you. My purrs are like a gentle melody, constantly humming to show my contentment. Once I warm up, I'm the cuddliest companion you could ask for, chirping and headbutting you to ask for pets. I was born and living outside of an apartment complex. A nice lady who lives there was feeding my siblings and me and our mom and she contacted Stray Cat Blues for help. A nice lady from the rescue trapped us and got us into a loving foster home right before a big winter storm. Even though we were older kittens when trapped and were first very fearful and distrusting of humans, we learned from our foster parents that humans are actually good and give us yummy food and love. Now, I love exploring my surroundings, chasing after toys, and finding the coziest spots for a nap, especially in our foster mom’s lap. My gentleness and playful nature make every day with me a joy. But what I want more than anything is a forever home where I can share my love and purrs. I'm sweet, friendly, and I promise to fill your life with purrs, playfulness, and unconditional love. I'm ready to be your loyal companion and best friend. I would especially like to be adopted with my sister Flake, so that we can help each other be brave and acclimate to our new home and new humans, so my foster mom will give preference to anyone who adopts me with Flake.
