Meet Richard: The Goofy, Adventure-Loving Goober!This sweet, bouncy boy is Richard, a 6-year-old pup with a heart full of enthusiasm and a love for adventure! Found as a stray, Richard was spotted hanging out in the middle of the street, but as soon as his new friends arrived, he happily hopped into their car, ready to leave his past behind and look forward to new beginnings. Richard is a friendly, happy, and outgoing boy who thrives on meeting new people and making friends. His infectious energy makes him a total goofball, always ready for some fun and excitement. He loves car rides and is up for any adventure you want to take him on—whether it’s a trip to the park or just a scenic drive, he’s your perfect co-pilot.Richard would do best with a family that can channel his enthusiasm and continue to guide him in becoming the best dog ever. He’s ready to learn, play, and show you just how much love he has to give. If you’re looking for a big, bouncy, happy-go-lucky boy to join your family, Richard is the one for you! Big bonus - Richard keeps his kennel clean, which can be an indication that he is house-trained or would learn very quickly!Richard says he`s ready to be the main man in your life! This dashing gent would prefer to be the only male dog in the home but is open to meeting any lovely lady doggie siblings who might be waiting for him. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet Richard!He recently got to spend the day out of the shelter on a Dog Day Out adventure. His hosts were clearly enamored: `Richard was so dang sweet. He was FULL of love! Richard wants to give you all the kisses so be patient with all of his love. He has the best smile in town! He was a great car passenger. Hopped in easily and just stared out the window the whole time. He was gentle with treats. Richard pulled a bit on leash to start, but within 5 minutes of our walk he settled in. Richard was not reactive to dogs we saw on our walk. He was a little startled by a woman running, but that wasn’t his fault :). Richard just wanted to sit in between my legs on the ground and alwayyyysss be touching.`Richard is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible.
