My story

(DOB 09/09/2024) Toby is a young, playful puppy who’s always ready to greet the day with excitement. He’s first in line at the door when the family wakes up, ready to jump into an adventure outside. Toby is an active guy and will thrive in a home where he gets his walks and playtime, especially fetch! He would love to be in a home where someone works from home or is home the majority of the time; Toby is thrilled for the frequent “pop-in and out” breaks to the backyard for a romp, a roll, a run, and just plane fun! Although he can be a bit shy at first around new faces, don’t let that fool you. Once Toby feels safe and loved, he’s your loyal, happy boy – wagging his tail and eager for belly rubs. Toby, the playful young chap, is looking for a fun home, with a nice fenced in yard, another dog or 2 to play with and is happy to join a family with kids and cats, too. His wagging tail and a heart full of play will make any home more joyful! He's a quick learner and already knows commands like “sit” and “wait,” so he's more than ready to impress with his obedience. This little guy loves his meals, enjoying two tasty servings a day with a few delicious treats sprinkled in between which makes training even easier. He also loves tagging along for any car rides you are willing to take him on; he is a champ on the road and will make a great companion. He’s also a pro at bedtime, peacefully snoozing away in his crate after a day filled with fun and playtime. So if you are looking for love, looking for fun, looking for a happy, active dog, then Toby could be your guy!! As part of Toby’s $300 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. If you have questions about this sweet little boy, you can email  Dogteam@pawsforlifenc.org.  If you wish to adopt Toby, you can fill in an online application for him under the Adopt a Pet Tab on our website:  www.pawsforlifenc.org. ##2315481##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Toby, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
