My story

Lana & Taylor Bonded Sisters 9 Months Raised with older teens, cats, and gentle dogs Eating Purina One Healthy Kitten dry kibble Taylor is a domestic short hair dilute tortie with beautiful grey, peach, and cream markings. Lana is a domestic medium hair dark tortie with the most gorgeous fur and floofy tail. Lana and Taylor came into our care last summer needing a lot of supportive medical care to treat their severe upper respiratory infections (URIs). After months of treatment it was concluded that they both have chronic URIs due to the severity of their illness when they were tiny kittens. This just means they have chronic congestion or sniffles and weepy eyes at times (similar to seasonal allergy symptoms) but otherwise are healthy happy kittens. They are bonded sisters and we’d like to keep them together as they will need to go to a home that does not have other cats or already has cats with chronic URIs as well. They are both friendly, loving, quick to purr, and playful. They both love being held and Lana is a ragdoll in your arms and enjoys being held like a baby and snuggled and cuddled. They are also big “talkers” and will shower you with trills for your attention. They both love to be where their humans are and will follow you from room to room to keep you company. Taylor tends to stay closer to her people and Lana is a little more independent. They love to play and their favorite toys are wand toys, anything with a feather, and fuzzy balls. They’ve grown up with respectful dogs, cats, and older teens and do well with everyone. We think they’d do great with younger kids too. These girls are super special and we’re hoping the perfect home is out there for them.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Taylor, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
