You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Harley is a happy boy who frequently gets the zoomies and loves to romp, wrestle and play with the other dog in his foster home..  He is smart, adapts quickly to the routine and will fast become your shadow. Like most Beagles, Harley sometimes thinks he is the boss.  It seems as though no one has taught him otherwise. But he's made great strides in his foster home, and with PATIENCE, CONSISTENCY and LOVE we are confident he will continue to thrive and become even more awesome. Harley stands patiently while he gets his paws wiped off which is a big improvement from when he first arrived.  He also barks much less at cars … another improvement.  He comes running when called … sometimes.  Other times not. Room for improvement there.  The right home for Harley would be a single person or a couple, preferably without young children. He has not been around children in his foster home so that is an unknown. Harley is super easy to have around.  He is 100 percent house broken and sleeps through the night.  If you have a fenced in yard for Harley to roam, sniff, “hunt” and play in and a desire to give Harley the life he so deserves, you are the one for him. Give him a chance and you will fall in love.
