Hi, I'm Lydia. I was rescued with my siblings and my mama, Austen. I'm a sweet, playful puppy looking for a loving home. Apply today to learn more about me!   Meet Lydia ,A Gentle Giant with a Heart Full of Love  Lydia’s story started in one of the worst places imaginable, the infamous Mississippi dumpster sites, where she was abandoned along with her mom and siblings, but you’d never know it by the way she loves. She’s a sweet, playful, high-energy pup who’s full of life, joy, and cuddles. Lydia is still learning the ropes, including how to walk on a leash (she used to bounce like a bunny!), and she already knows how to “sit” and “give paw.” She’s:  Dog-friendly  Wonderful with kids — though she doesn’t always realize how big she is, so older children are best  Cuddly, loving, and always by your side  Playful and goofy  Shy around loud noises  A balcony lounger and people-watcher  So excited to meet new friends that she may pee a little! Lydia is the definition of a gentle giant; affectionate, loyal, and full of heart. She’s overcome a hard beginning and is now ready for a life filled with love, stability, and playtime. If you’re looking for a big-hearted best friend, Lydia’s ready to fill your home with joy. All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption.
