Her has previously lived with other large dogs and has done well here at the shelter with social dogs. Krypto is pretty easy going and his favorite activity is lounging and observing the world around him. He will need a home committed to keeping him safe at home as he tend to have a wandering spirit. Krypto need a securely fenced yard to enjoy and is not suited for apartment or condo living. He weight a whopping 102 pounds.Krypto has recently enjoyed some Wandering Rover outings with great feedback: `Yesterday we had the pleasure of taking out this big hunky floof named Krypto! This charming fella is a 7yo malamute mix coming in at a 102lbs. Although he is a big guy he is so chill and a total love bug. He has top notch leash manners, listens pretty well, does great in the car and was friendly with all the folks we saw! He has this `I just want to chill on the sofa and eat some snacks` vibe. We took him for a short 5k run, then a walk down at the Everett marina, and of course finished off with a pup cup from Dutch bros.`Another Rover said, `We had a wonderful day with Krypto!He is a big, strong, beautiful boy and such a delight to spend time with. We took him for a couple of long walks, a car ride, a pet store trip, and ended the day with a visit to the beach. He was great from the very beginning, but once he warmed up his sweet and goofy personality really came out. He does not seem super food motivated but absolutely loves squeaky toys and balls. We met up with some friends briefly and he was very happy and excited to meet new people. We walked quite a few miles and he was totally fine with that level of activity, but his favorite part was rolling around in the grass, and when I sat on the ground with him, all 100lbs of him ended up in my lap more than once (I loved it).
