My story

Sweet, smart, trainable Titan has stunning blue eyes. Initially the most reserved of the puppies, he is loving and affectionate, a quick learner, not an overpowering personality. Loves a good ear rub and cheek scritch. Titan would make a great family dog and has tested well for potential service. Very good focus that he holds a remarkably long time for such a young pup. Greetings from Titan— one of the extremely malnourished pups that came in last month. This blue-eyed boy has come a long way. He's was painfully thin, but with the correct food regime he has gained strength and energy. Titan is a charmer— a little reserved, then a love pig when cuddled. These sweet cuddly boys with starved tummies are showing how resilient and amazing they are. They are affectionate, smart and eager to work with their people. They sleep through the night. Have already learned sit for treats, sit for their food bowls. They are learning food is a regular feature in their new lives. This is now the third heartbreaking case in February of starving, neglected puppies fighting to survive. These four puppies—Titan, Rocky, Steel, and Indie—were locked in a closet with no access to food, water, or their mother. They were in critical condition, severely anemic and fighting to survive. Thanks to quick medical care they all have a chance for a good life now. All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.
