Meet Tomy (Tommy) – The Gentle, Sweet-Natured Pup!  Tomy is a 5-month-old, 10-pound Chihuahua mix from Mexico who’s adjusting beautifully to life in the city! With his gentle demeanor and playful spirit, this little guy is the perfect blend of calm and curious. Why You’ll Love Tomy: A Thoughtful Explorer – While still getting used to his leash, Tomy enjoys watching the world go by from a cozy window seat. His foster family is helping him build confidence, and he’ll need a patient family to continue this journey! Loves Doggy Friends – Tomy enjoys learning from the bigger dogs at daycare and would thrive in a home with another pup to show him the ropes. He prefers being part of a pack over being a lapdog. Calm & Sweet – Though he loves playtime, Tomy also enjoys lounging in the sun and taking long, peaceful naps. Working on His Training – He’s learning “sit” and “stay” and is doing great with wee-wee pad training. His forever family will need to continue reinforcing his progress with patience and positivity. Sleeps Well in His Crate – At night, Tomy happily settles in his crate, making him a great sleep companion for a peaceful household. What Tomy Needs in His Forever Home: A medium-active family that enjoys both playtime and relaxation. A confident dog sibling or frequent social outings to help him feel secure. A patient adopter who will continue to encourage him on leash walks. A loving home that appreciates his sweet and gentle personality. Tomy is an adorable, kind-hearted pup who’s looking for a family to help him grow into his best self. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the dog is on our website, they are still available.
