My story

Calling all homebodies—Hammy might just be your soulmate. If your idea of a perfect weekend involves pajamas, snacks and a Netflix binge, you’re already his kind of person. Hammy has a PhD in napping, an obsession with stuffed animals, and a talent for snuggling that melts your stress away. Although he prefers an adult-only, lower-energy home, and he’s wary of strangers at first, Hammy's loyalty and affection runs deep once you earn his trust. Hammy is looking for a human who can be his advocate, protector, and snack supplier. He’s been working on his social skills and needs someone willing to keep up the training using positive reinforcement. And, if YOU'RE seeking a low-maintenance companion who loves naps and quiet snuggles, Hammy is your perfect match. Adopters have 30 days of free access to 1-on-1 text and email support from trainers at Petcademy to help make every pet's transition into their new home as smooth as possible.
