My story

Hello! My name is Sabrina, I am a 10 year old, spayed female, short-haired tuxedo cat. I was relinquished to MaxFund March 2025 by no fault of my own, and now I am looking for my fur-ever home! I am friendly and I love people! I’m a curvy queen with a heart as big as my… well, let’s just say I’ve got a little extra love to give! At 10 years young, I’ve perfected the art of lounging, receiving pets, and playing with my favorite toys (yes, I still have my playful streak!). If you’ve got a soft spot for a girl who enjoys chin scratches and cozy naps, we might just be a perfect match. And if you have a sunny window or a deck where I can bask in the warmth and soak up that good ol’ vitamin D? Even better!I am overweight and am on a weight management diet. I am not pregnant, I just love food a little too much! No body shaming please! I would benefit from some exercise and extra play time. All I really need is a home where I can be loved for exactly who I am. Could that be with you? I haven`t met any dogs before, I am not a fan of cats though and must be an only kitty. If you have a dog, the shelter staff can test me with a MaxFund dog and see how I do. I am not medically cleared for adoption quite yet, but you can still come meet me! If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please come to the shelter to meet me! The shelter hours are Sunday - Monday, & Wednesday - Saturday (Closed Tuesday) 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch.
