My story

Meet Sweet Pea, born February 2014, a delightful senior kitty with the spirit of a youngster! Rescued from a local park where she was found severely underweight and in need of urgent care, Sweet Pea has made an incredible comeback after a month of TLC. Now, she’s thriving with a hearty appetite for both kibble and life! This sweet gal loves being petted, chasing wand toys, exploring the backyard on a leash, and savoring her meals. Sweet Pea does have stomatitis, a manageable condition requiring lifelong veterinary oversight and a simple daily medication mixed into her food—her vet assures us she can live a long, happy life with the right care. Her dental needs have already been addressed with several teeth removed, so future dental vet bills should be minimal.  She’s fine coexisting with other cats but isn’t looking for a feline BFF just yet—she’s more about soaking up human love! If you’re ready to give this resilient, affectionate girl the cozy home she deserves, Sweet Pea is waiting to steal your heart. Sweet Pea is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. Fill out our adoption questionnaire so you can meet her. https://form.jotform.com/pinkpawsftc/adoption March 14, 2025, 1:07 pm

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sweet Pea, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
