Tortellini

My story

Tortellini, formerly known as Black&Tan, is a beautiful one year old Tortie with a coat of dark black and tan and when the light shines on her, is almost orange. Technically, she is a Calico as she sports a white ‘ribbon’ around her neck and a couple of other white patches. Tortellini followed her mom to a kind person’s backyard where she relocated Tortellini’s three brothers. Soon more Kittens came and the mom stopped caring for her babies. Tortellini took on the role of nurturing and caring for them and keeping them in line. Tortellini both tolerates their shenanigans and cherishes them at the same time and they all love her, rubbing their faces on her and grooming each other. When you pick her up she melts in your arms and purrs away. Tortellini pretends to be disinterested in you until she senses you love and care about her. Then you will be her new best friend. Tortellini likes to be talked about and told how beautiful she is and what a good Cat she is! Tortellini will flourish in a loving and calm home with someone who will lavish attention on her, like she deserves. She is good with other Cats and loves people.
