My story

Does your ideal day consist of naps, cuddles, and a nice, calm walk? Well that’s my ideal day too my friend! Good ole’ Benson here and I’m ready to live out my golden years chilling out on someone’s couch. Since I’m an older pup, I don`t have all that much energy. I much rather take long naps or cuddle with you on the couch! I love to get lots of attention and cuddles from people! Even though I’m a pretty chill pup, I do get excited about treats! I love to sit for treats or do some agility even though I may not be the fastest pup when it comes to going up bridges and going over jumps. I can be a bit hard of hearing, so I would really benefit from learning a few hand signals! After all, actions speak louder than words! I came to the shelter with another pup, so I am open to meeting the other dogs in your home to make sure we all get along splendidly! Please come give me a chance to finally sleep on a nice bed in a home instead of spending another night alone in the shelter.
