My story

Meet Goosee Goosee was found shivering in the cold rain outside a local school — scared, hungry, and in rough shape. The kind people who found her scooped her up, gave her love and care, and reached out for help. They even offered to foster her, and it turns out Goosee is an absolute gem. She was found to have a fractured pelvis but had already started to heal, so it's being monitored and she has limited activity for now, to rest it. Goosee is a quiet, well-mannered girl. She doesn’t bark or chew on things (unless it’s a chew toy). She sleeps soundly in her kennel at night and stays out during the day when her foster family isn’t home. She’s potty trained and will use a pee pad if needed during longer days (6–8 hours). What Goosee loves most is cuddling. If she could crawl inside your skin, she probably would. She adores snuggling up with her humans and playing with her furry siblings. She’s smart, too — she knows how to sit, shake, comes when called, and responds to her name immediately. She’s also been amazing with the teenagers in her foster home — patient, gentle, and always up for some love and attention. Goosee is looking for a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and shower you with affection in return. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who just wants to be by your side, Goosee is your girl.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Goosee, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
