He is a medium-energy pup who can run and play with a doggie friend, yet can be mellow and chill. Above all, Joey loves his humans and enjoys an adventurous walk or a long cuddle on the couch.After a proper introduction, he loves to play with other dogs of any size. He would likely do well with or without another canine sibling. Joey's interacted fine with dog-savvy cats in his foster home, so he'd be fine with or without a cat in the home. Because Joey needs his personal space respected and would rather not have small humans approach too quickly, he would do best in a home with older teens (16+) in the home.Not only does he come with strikingly good looks, but he is also filled to the brim with personality and intelligence. Joey is fully crate-trained and house-trained. He is crated occasionally throughout the day and overnight without any issues. Joey walks well on leash and enjoys his daily walks.Don't let Joey's age fool you, he would love a family who's excited to teach an old dog new tricks- is he the one for you?Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website.
