My story
This 5-year-old pup has been waiting patiently for his forever home since August 2020, and he’s hoping the right person will come along soon. Petey is a special boy who needs a little extra time to warm up to new people, but once he trusts you, he’s the sweetest and most loving companion. He enjoys belly rubs, quiet moments, and being by the side of someone he loves. Petey would thrive in a calm, adult-only home where he can be the only pet and soak up all the love and attention. He’s looking for a patient adopter who understands his need for space at first but is willing to give him the chance to blossom into the loyal, affectionate dog he truly is.
