Stumpy

My story

Stumpy is aptly named as he has the cutest little stump of a tail. But Sweety also fits. He is so sweet and loving to people. Which is amazing as we believe he was abandoned, left behind when renters moved out. The landlord said he just sat on the porch day after day waiting. The new renters were thankfully cat people, saw that he also had an injury and got him the help he needed. Our goal is to find Stumpy a family who values him and would never leave him behind!Probably as a consequence of being left to fend for himself outside and getting attacked and suffering a deep bite wound, Stumpy is now positive for FIV (Feline immunodeficiency Virus). FIV is not highly contagious and poses little health risk for healthy indoor cats. FIV+ cats can safely live side by side with cats who are not positive.
