Meet Jazmine – your future snuggle buddy! Looking for the perfect mix of playful and chill? Meet Jazmine, a 4-year-old, 55 lb cuddle bug with a heart as big as her beautiful noggin. She’s the kind of dog who’ll keep you company on a peaceful walk and then melt into your lap for a nap. Jazmine is a medium-to-low energy sweetheart who’s just as happy chewing on her rope toy as she is giving kisses and soaking up affection. She loves people so much that she sometimes can’t help but bounce up to say hello—especially when treats are involved. She’s super food-motivated and already knows “sit,” and she’s making good progress on “down.” Out on walks, she’s a breeze—easy-going with just a bit of pulling when something really exciting catches her attention. She’s shown sweet, curious interest in other dogs from a distance, and her tail wags say she’s open to making friends. Car rides? No problem. Jazmine hops in with confidence, gazes out the window like a seasoned road-tripper, and may even doze off as you drive. She also seems house-trained and was a perfect guest—happily launching herself onto the couch or bed for cuddle time and a well-earned nap. As always, we strongly recommend bringing any resident dogs to the shelter for a meet and greet with potential new family members to be sure it's a good match. If bringing a dog for a meet and greet, please bring proof of up to date rabies, bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. To meet your future pet, come to Guilford County Animal Services between 12 and 4 any day except Tuesday!
