ALFREDO

My story

Alfredo (Fredo) is a resilient happy puppy, despite facing incredible challenges at a very young age. He was one of a litter of 11 and was in foster care with two of his sisters until he was adopted at 9 weeks old. About a month later, her was found in an arroyo, unable to use is back legs. He was treated at the clinic for a spinal injury for a couple weeks and then returned to his foster home. He has recovered miraculously. He not only can walk, but loves to run, jump and play with toys. He is social guy who enjoys car rides, outings, and pets from humans. Alfredo is a friend to all, he gets along with his foster siblings (chihuahua puppy, chihuahua seniors and cat). He is very trainable and already knows how to sit.Alfredo still has some neurological damage from his injury, but has learned to adapt and gets right back up if he slips. He is a true inspiration and is looking for someone to welcome him into his forever home he deserves. He would love to meet you!
