My story

Scarecrow is a lovable goofball with the personality of a Newfie in a Lab mix body. His current foster has had him for five months, and scarecrow adores their other foster, Scottie—they’re inseparable! Scarecrow loves toys (especially chewing them), playtime, and being part of the action. He kennels well for workdays and enjoys a treat as a thank-you. We avoid putting toys or blankets in his kennel due to past chewing. He’s gentle with food, toys, and people—including kids, who he’s been tested around and does great with (peep the 2nd photo with purple marker on him). He is fully potty trained. Scarecrow enjoys playing with other dogs. He’s also done well around cats and small dogs. He's still learning to walk nicely on a leash and would make a great hiking or running buddy. He rides well in the car. Scarecrow is a silly, sweet dog who loves affection—and sticks (which he tries to bring inside)!
