My story

Meet Bentley, the total schnauzer-y package! Bentley is a bundle of love who’s looking for his perfect furever family. He’s crate trained, house trained, walks well on leash, and is healthy and happy. Bentley adores people and will follow his foster parents from room to room like the loyal little shadow he is. He thinks he’s a lapdog (despite his size) and has zero concept of personal space (in the best way). He also LOVES going on walks, sniffing in the yard and eating all the snacks. This boy is all about snuggles and attention. He’ll roll onto his back for belly rubs and greets people with full-body tail wags that will melt your heart. Bentley is eager to please and just wants to be your sidekick. He’s been doing well with his foster dog pack, though he can be a little dog-selective and anxious at times. He eats separately and prefers a calm, structured environment. He’s a no on cats (he insists they started it), and he’d do best in a home without young kids. Older, respectful children are more his speed. Bentley just wants to be near his people and will thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time to shower him with love and attention and keep working with him on his training.
