He’s two years old, 75 pounds of Labrador-Rottweiler mix, and he`s on a personal mission to make every puddle splashier, every yard zoomier, and every human happier.And if you’ve never seen a dog twirl with excitement, flop joyfully into a muddy puddle, then come over to gently lean into your legs like a lovesick goof… well, Strider would love to change that. And he just might be your next best friend.---Condensed Staff Assessment Notes: Strider is an energetic young boy with a playful personality. He tends to express his affection in exuberant ways, such as jumping and giving cuddly kisses, which can sometimes be surprising. When calm, he truly enjoys being held and cuddled and is comfortable being handled all over his body. It’s essential to allow him a moment to settle if you want to continue grooming activities like brushing or nail clipping, as he can get a bit overexcited.
