My story

Dean is a 2-year-old Border Collie with the softest heart and the sweetest soul. He may be a little shy at first, but he’s the kind of dog who looks to his people for comfort and reassurance. When he’s unsure, he’ll gently rest his head on your leg, soaking up all the love and letting you know he trusts you. Once he feels safe, his loyal and affectionate nature shines through. Dean gets along well with other dogs and would love a calm, friendly companion to help him feel at ease. He can be a little nervous with loud noises, but with gentle encouragement, he’s learning that the world isn’t so scary after all. He’s thoughtful, observant, and always checking in with his humans—whether it’s a reassuring glance or a quiet moment by your side.The best part? Dean is already neutered and heartworm negative, which means he’s ready to go home the same day he finds his perfect match!
