My story

Disco is a 7-month-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix with the cutest scruffy coat and a heart full of love! He came to us from Oakland Animal Services, likely with his younger siblings, and is now looking for a forever family to call his own. While he may be a little shy at first, Disco quickly warms up and becomes an affectionate, playful companion. He’s curious, eager to learn, and at just 7 pounds now, he’ll likely grow to around 10-12 pounds—perfect for a lap or an adventure! This sweet pup would thrive in a home that can provide him with basic training, socialization, and plenty of exercise. He’s great with other dogs, does well with children, and is highly food-motivated, making him a joy to train. Disco is ready to be an amazing family dog—could it be with you?
