My story

(386) 566-1890 ADOPT LEO! A bottle baby who loves to talk, be held, and is so sweet! *I can also text you a video of him (just text me for one). This adoption is NOT through Furry Nation Salvation and is a Courtesy Post. Please call the individual listed below with any further questions or to set up a time to meet the pet. Thank you. Please call/text this number if interested:  (386) 566-1890 Cat located in this city: Daytona Beach Cat’s Name: Leo Cat’s Age & Sex:  3 years old, Male Cat’s vetting history (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped): Leo is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. He currently has no known medical conditions , he is a healthy guy Animals story: (where found and reason for wanting to rehome): Leo was brought to me along with his brother and sisters when he was just a few days old. He is a bottle baby that was adopted out at 2 months of age and returned to me 3 years later. The adopters needed a break from him because he stared at them too much and wanted attention. Thankfully they contacted me as they sat outside the local shelter ready to turn him over. I was happy to take him back in and help him find his new forever home as he is such a special and loving kitty. Personality (shy, social, likes to be held, lap cat? Likes or dislikes): Leo is shy at first. Once he warms up to his surroundings he is vocal and loves pets and belly rubs. He is a very gentle cat that will let you pick him up.  He is unsure about dogs because he has little exposure to them but he was living with another cat when he was turned back over to me Any Supplies that go with pet (food, litter, leash, cat box, bedding, toys): Leo will come with a litter box, food, bowls, toys, a bed, scratch pad, a cat house and a month supply of flea control   What food is the cat eating (dry only, dry and wet): Leo is currently eating Purina indoor formula Dry and canned fancy feast twice a day   We hope in next home he will continue to get wet food twice a day (limiting the dry food so he always eats the wet) to ensure he stays healthy (learn more below). :::::::::::Please know that cats need canned wet food given DAILY. WHY? Because cats have a low thirst drive and actually NEED the moisture from the wet food! Wet food is 75 % water (dry FOOD only 10%) and giving them wet food daily will help them avoid Urinary tract issues (which can lead to litter box avoidance), kidney disease, obesity issues linked to diabetes and cardiac issues. You will save on vet bills too!  Limit the overly processed dry food and ensure cat eats all the wet food daily. At the VERY minimum each cat should get one 3oz. can of wet food a day or HALF of a 5.5oz. can a day (although we recommend double this). :::::::::::: More info here: FurryNationSalvation.Org/wetfood IF YOU WANT TO ADOPT:
 1) Please show up with a cat carrier
2) Small adoption fee of: $40
 3) I will call/text one month from adoption day just to make sure everything is going well
4) Please show up with your Driver's License.
 5) Information sheet will be filled out (your information as well as mine) *Please know, that when you bring your newly adopted cat or kitten home, it is always BEST to place him/her in a very small room (bathroom works great) with their litter box, food, water, and bed for a few days to a few weeks. This way the animal can adjust much quicker and get acclimated to the new environment with less stress. All cats/kittens need time to adjust, so if you adopt please allow this. Thank you. Call/text me if interested in this kitty: (386)566-1890

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Leo (talker, loving Video), please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
