My story

Cozy, chill, friendly Miss Meow is a cute little squish-nosed butterscotch-sundae colored kitty. She has the adorable habit of stretching and then hugging herself! She’s a friendly girl who likes to be near you. She will come up to you to ask for pets and snuggles. But if you’re busy or away, she’s content to chill by herself. She’s somewhat curious, but not really into running around and playing. She’d much rather lounge around in a sunny spot. She would be a great fit for someone who is away at work much of the day and wants a sweet companion to come home to. Miss Meow has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. She can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine!
