FRANKLIN

My story

Meet Franklin! Franklin is a loveable, curious, goofy pup with lots of personality. He absolutely adores people and snuggling with his foster mom; he loves to sleep in bed with humans at night! Franklin loves playing with toys of all kinds, especially his Lamb Chop. Favorite activities include chasing squirrels and lizards and getting the zoomies when his people are around. Before coming to BARC, Franklin lived outdoors and didn`t receive much training, so he is still learning about how to be an indoor dog. He has puppy energy and would do best with someone who is experienced with training dogs or willing to hire a trainer. So far, he has learned to go potty outside or on his pee pads, and he is working on some other commands. He has a lot of energy and would do best with a yard (he loves the dog door at his foster house!). He does not shed very much at all. He is protective of his foster mom when on leash and doesn`t seem to love other dogs. He seems unsure of small children and would do best in a home without them. Franklin wants to make every human his best friend! His foster mom is happy to answer any questions!
