My story
Riyah is a 1-year-old Pitbull Terrier-Catahoula Leopard mix. She came to us because her previous home could not provide the time and attention she needed to flourish. She had a strong bond with the children in her former home and thrived as a family dog. However, the noises in the shelter environment cause her stress, making it difficult for her to warm up to new people. With time and patience, her sweet and playful personality begins to shine through! She does require being the only dog in the house.
