My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I'm sensitive and shy. I'll need extra help from you.I lived with children in my previous home.My foster writes: Meet Sassy, a 4-year-old cat with a big personality! This independent beauty has been settling into her foster home since February, and though she can be a little spicy at times, she's also full of sweet quirks. Sassy loves head bunting everything in sight, making biscuits, and purring loudly when she's feeling content. She's a huge fan of chin scratches and will even tilt her head up for them, but be gentle-she's known to give a playful bite if something rubs her the wrong way!Sassy enjoys her space and is best suited for an adult-only home or one with older children. When she's ready for cuddles, she'll lean in close, especially if you're under a blanket-her favorite spot to sleep. If you're patient and can read her moods, you'll discover a loyal, affectionate companion who loves to cozy up and make the sweetest little noises.A volunteer writes: Sassy models her prized new bed like she's in a commercial. Beautifully demonstrating how she can stand, roll, and snuggle into it with ease, now everyone wants a bed like hers. Myself included! Sassy really makes it look that good, but since all of our beds and blankets are as unique as the cats cuddled in them, we've settled for being entertained by Sassy and her impromptu commercials. Standing up from her nap to greet me, Sassy just as quickly flopped onto her side and reached her paws out toward my arms. She's affectionate and delightfully cuddly, but didn't see the need to come to the front. Have you seen that bed though? That's why. She's a very good friend and since a good friend has given her this, Sassy stayed wrapped up and included me from where she was. In her previous home, Sassy was a notable lap cat. A playful and affectionate dream who is now just looking for a second chance with you. Primary Color: Gray Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 10 Age: 4yrs 3mths 3wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sassy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
