My story

Jax is a friendly and social 2 year old male pit mix with a heart full of love, ready to find his way forever home! He is 60 pounds of pure love! He is the real deal, he’s SUCH a great dog! A never ending-story: Jax was a family dog until they decided to move and then they no longer wanted him and weren’t taking him with them. A Good Samaritan neighbor took Jax in and he is currently living there in foster until his forever family can be found. This handsome guy loves meeting new people and gets along great with other dogs. He can have a rough and tumble play style with them and listens well when verbally corrected. He loves to play and be outside! Jax has regularly gone to dog daycare and done great. He has lived in a home with other dogs and enjoys their company. He’s also lived with cats and is friendly with them too. He is fully housetrained and crated trained. He is neutered and fully vaccinated and is heart worm negative. Jax would do best with older kids, as he doesn’t know his size and could potentially be a bit much for smaller kids. Jax loves a good couch to cuddle up on or a giant human bed to snuggle in. Can you say master splooter! He’s a lover at heart. He loves people and just wants to be loved in return. Jax is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program.
