My story

Charli XCX had many iconic hits in the 2010s, with “Boom Clap” being one. We think that if you come in and meet our very sweetest girl Charlie (XOXO), you’ll be singing the other Charli’s lyrics as you leave the shelter together!“This must be loveBoom clap, the sound of my heartThe beat goes on and on and on and on...”Here’s what one of Charlie’s volunteer friends had to say:“Charlie was adorably snuggled up with her kennelmate when I first met her. When I entered the kennel, she was extremely friendly, greeting me with a waggy tail. She let me leash her up and gave me some kisses before we left the kennel. We made our way easily over to a play yard where she sniffed around, seeming to enjoy being by her buddy’s side as they explored together. She was startled by loud noises but overall seemed very comfortable in the yard. She checked in with me for snuggles intermittently as she explored. She is an easy, sweet and gentle girl!”Charlie shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been tolerant and playful when meeting other dogs in playgroup. As Charlie can be a little shy at first, she’d like to meet any potential doggy roommates before heading home to ensure a good fit. Charlie would love to hear the sound of your heart with her sweet head resting on your chest- come meet her today!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt CHARLIE, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
