My story

Meet Jay! Jay is a handsome 47 lb terrier mix with striking green eyes and a fun, spunky personality! Born around mid-July, he’s full of life and always ready for an adventure. Whether he’s playing with other dogs or chasing after his favorite toys, Jay brings joy wherever he goes. At night, Jay sleeps peacefully in his crate with no issues, making him an easy addition to any home. He’s a loving, playful pup who’s ready to find his forever family! Jay and his siblings, Laura and Shelbi, were found near a local church by kind-hearted good Samaritans. In honor of those who helped them, they were named after important members of the church community. Now, Jay is looking for a family to call his own—could it be yours? Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama, Pennsylvania and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
