Waylon came from a hoarding situation where he was found with more than 30 Chihuahuas.  At 6 years old, Waylon is a mix of mystery—but we know he’s adorable and full of love!  Waylon is still learning the world can be a safe and loving place, so he’ll need a patient home to help him continue building confidence. He’s doing great with potty training and is working on warming up and settling into his foster home! His curious nature and craving for a special bond show just how much potential this boy has.
