Meet Blanche! When she first arrived at the shelter, this sweet girl was a bit shy and unsure of the world around her. But, oh how far she’s come! Now, Blanche is a social butterfly with a tail that never stops wiggling. She’s the first to greet you with a friendly smile and a happy wiggle when you walk through the door. Whether you`re giving belly rubs or just sitting nearby, Blanche is all about soaking up attention and spreading joy.
