Meet Arctic, a friendly 2-year-old male who`s sure to melt your heart! From our volunteer observations, Arctic seems to have a gentle and dainty nature, gradually warming up to new surroundings. He usually enjoys sniffing his environment and has been known to walk well on a leash. As he becomes more comfortable, Arctic often begins to interact more with other dogs in his playgroup.
