My story

Quick Facts Name: Mickey Age: 2.5 years old  Gender: Male  Neutered/Spayed: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix Color: Black &White  Weight: 9.5kg    All About Me I am Mickey! It’s all because of my adorable Mickey Mouse ears! When I’m happy, my ears fold back into a perfect round shape, making me look just like the famous character. And if you look closely at my front   My Health Fully vaccinated (February & March 2025) Neutered Heartworm negative (February 2025) Scheduled for a dental cleaning (March 2025) No known allergies or medical issues   My Personality I’m a sweet, affectionate, and happy pup who loves people! If you call me in a bright, cheerful voice, my tail starts wagging, and I can’t help but come running. When I feel really comfortable, I’ll even roll onto my back to show you my belly—it’s my way of saying, “I trust you!” Once I bond with someone, I give my whole heart. I love cuddles, pets, and being close to my favorite humans. I don’t resist being picked up or touched by people I trust. If I’m feeling extra happy, you’ll see my ears fold back into that signature Mickey Mouse shape! New people? I’m curious and friendly, but if someone approaches too quickly, I might take a moment to warm up. The best way to become my friend is to move slowly, offer a yummy treat, and let me come to you—that’s the fastest way to win me over!   My Social Life With People: I love making friends! I greet people warmly, and if I really like you, I might even show you my belly right away. With Other Dogs: I’m polite when meeting new dogs and prefer interacting with those around my size. I may not always play right away, but I enjoy being around friendly pups. With Cats: I haven’t met a cat yet, so I’m not sure how I’d feel about them.   On My Walks I love going for walks, but I’m still learning about the world! Sometimes, I get a little surprised by new things—like a long broom or a sudden noise—but I’m also curious. If you give me a moment, I’ll quickly adjust and keep going. I walk well on a leash, though sometimes I pull a little. If I encounter something unfamiliar, I might pause or lie down for a moment before continuing. A patient and encouraging walking buddy would be perfect for me!   Life at Home Settling In: I adjust well to new routines and love being around my people.Car Rides: I feel safest when being carried into the car, but once inside, I settle in.Food & Treats: I’m not possessive about food—I happily share!House Training: I prefer outdoor potty breaks and may mark in new environments at first, but with gentle guidance, I’ll learn the rules.New Visitors: If someone approaches too quickly, I might bark to let them know I need a little space—but a kind introduction (and a tasty treat!) will win me over in no time.   My Ideal Home I’d love a home with: A Loving Family – I adore people and will bond deeply with those who give me time and kindness.Gentle Introductions – I open up quickly with a little patience and a soft approach.Room to Explore – I enjoy my walks and would love a space where I can sniff, roam, and take in the world at my own pace.   Special Notes I may need a little time to adjust at first, but once I do, I promise to be the most loyal and loving companion.
