My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.I can go home today!I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.My foster writes: Poker has become so affectionate and playful after a few weeks at home. Though he always accepted affection and pets, now he seeks out touch and play every day. Feather chasers and toy mice (especially those that rattle!) are favorites. Poker prefers to sit/lay with his humans, often as "little spoon" on the couch. Curling under my chin and giving gentle headbutts to request pets.Very tolerant to touch and handling, even enjoying belly rubs. He's a calm kitty and I'm so grateful to have had these weeks with him.He's been cautious but friendly to guests and I believe would excel with adult humans and older children who can give him time to be curious in his new home.
