My story

Meet Milly! Milly’s journey has been a long one, but her resilience and sweet nature have truly shone through. Arriving at our rescue pregnant and unsocialized, Milly needed time to heal and trust again. After caring for her pups, it took her a while to open up, but now, she enjoys gentle interactions with people, especially when there's a treat or toy involved! She is still a little nervous and will need time to warm up to new people, but once she’s comfortable, the love in her eyes says it all. Milly is a shy soul with a heart full of potential, and while it takes a bit of patience, the bond you’ll share with her will be worth every moment. Milly would do best in a home with kids aged 12 and up and with another dog her size. She is still a bit sensitive, so older, calmer kids who can give her space and respect her boundaries will be ideal. Once Milly trusts you, her gentle, loving nature will make her your most loyal friend—and her playful side will make you smile every time. Interested in giving Milly a loving home?
