My story

APOLLO, a handsome lab, wants you to adopt him! He is currently in San Antonio, Texas! Apollo is owner surrendered. His current owner is elderly and cannot handle his energy levels. This energetic guy is all about being happy and loved. His owner says APOLLO loves everyone: dogs, kids, animals, and cats! He is an all around awesome gentle dog. In fact, Apollo is so amazing that he helps his owner feed the stray cats of the neighborhood. APOLLO will be 2 years old on April 1, 2025!!! He is weighing 70 pounds as of March 1, 2025. He enjoys socializing in the park and going on walks. His foster thinks APOLLO would be best in a home with a big fenced yard or on a farm so he can run and play. APOLLO'S foster is elderly and notes that APOLLO gets very excited when he is walking on a leash and sees other dogs, APOLLO wants to play! It is best his human can handle APOLLO'S joyful energy while leash walking. APOLLO is very smart so some patience and leash training will most likely help. And after a day of play APOLLO will be relaxing whenever you are ready for all the hugs you can share. He loves belly rubs, too!
