My story
Howdy! I am Dixie. I’m a coonhound/heeler mix. I’m looking forward to my first birthday but I hope I’m not still in the shelter. Want to buy me a birthday cupcake?Like my mom, I love to run and play. I have made friends when I was at a foster and here at the shelter. Did you know the shelter has a pool for us to play in – I LOVE IT! I also love to play fetch. I have to say, I’m pretty good at it. Walks are fun and I’m a pretty good traveler. I’m a happy go lucky kind of dog. Come see me so we can play!All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and treated for fleas/ticks.
